The job fair season in Poland is in full swing. The Global Shared Service Center in Gdynia needs to employ over 100 people in the nearest future. We simply couldn’t miss being present at the job fair events taking place in Tricity.The Recruitment Team from the Global Centre participated in the Absolvent Talent Days at Ergo Arena on October 13th and in the Academic Job Fairs at the University of Gdansk on October 19th. The purpose of DNV GL’s participation was to promote the company as a great place to work as well as sharing information about job opportunities at the Global Centre.
In a competitive market, making DNV GL stand out in the crowd is essential. In Poland, the DNV GL brand is traditionally associated with the Maritime industry. Therefore, promoting the broader view of DNV GL is important. Around 30 vacant positions were presented at the fairs, covering IT, human resources, and finance and maritime. The Recruitment Team met students and graduates and received almost one hundred job applications.
The recruitment process for these positions has already started and will be finalized in the weeks to come.
