The Global Centre HR delivers high quality HR services to European countries. Services are rendered in close collaboration with the GSS HR Regional Centres within Europe, together developing the Global Shared Service HR function for DNV.
HR Operations
HR Operations is the first point of HR contact for DNV employees and managers across Europe. The team support colleagues via email and phone, but also drives HR processes from on- to offboarding. Team's tasks also include HR administration and system maintenance connected to employment, benefits & compensation management as well as internal trainings coordination.

Payroll
Payroll Section is split into 2 teams: European Payroll and Advisory and Payroll Poland.
Payroll team is mainly responsible for day-to-day quality service within Payroll according to legal and company requirements, including:
- Collecting, analyzing and managing the data flow between the company and a payroll vendor (Polish payroll performed fully in-house),
- Analyzing country-specific allowances and absences,
- Managing full employee lifecycle (new hire, transfer, termination),
- Maintaining time and attendance data,
- Evaluating current systems, developing and recommending policies and procedures.

Service Delivery Management & Intranet Services
Service Delivery Management team is responsible for global support of GSS HR operations, including performance reporting & analytics, project management, continuous improvement & automation of processes.
Our Intranet Services team supports intranet and procedure publication processes: publishing news, intranet pages, as well as procedure & intranet maintenance.

Global Mobility
The team is responsible for delivering Global Mobility services across DNV organization globally and acts as first point of contact for assignees providing them with support throughout the assignment lifecycle. GSS Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Section drives all recruitment activities within DNV Business Areas in more than 26 countries, mostly Europe.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation & Benefits is a central, newly established team responsible for European compensation matters in DNV, including salary adjustment, profit share and various country-specific benefits. The team supports global processes and provides analytical services to the DNV Organization, as well as concludes workforce compensation processes, incl. documentation for European countries.
The team members cooperate with colleagues in various European countries, senior managers in the business areas and other stakeholders, both internally and externally.
